TSX Reviewing Hollinger Canadian Newspapers, Limited Partnership (HCN.UN)

Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") is reviewing the Limited Partnership Units of Hollinger Canadian Newspapers, Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") with respect to meeting continued listing requirements.

The Partnership has failed to comply with the requirements of Section 716 of the TSX Company Manual which requires that the Partnership have at least two independent directors.

The Partnership has been granted 30-days in which to regain compliance with this requirement, pursuant to the Remedial Review Process.
