Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange will be closed on the following days for the Christmas and New Year's holidays:

- Thursday, January 1, 2004
Market hours for December 24, 2003 will be 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. EST for continuous trading and there will be a crossing session from 1:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. EST. All other weekdays will be regular business days with market hours from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST for continuous trading. Crossing sessions, for the most part, will operate from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.
The last official day for clearing trades in calendar year 2003 is Wednesday, December 24, 2003.
