The Board of Directors of TSX Group Inc. [TSX:X] today declared a dividend of $0.25 on each common share outstanding, payable on August 31, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2005. The increase in the dividend from $0.20 to $0.25 reflects the Company’s previously stated intention of providing shareholders with regular and growing dividends that, among other things, take into account the yields of comparable publicly traded exchanges and other Canadian financial institutions.
