TSX Group Inc. (TSX:X), operator of Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, will hold an information session today in Houston at the Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.
The event will be emceed by Kevan Cowan, President of TSX Venture Exchange, and will begin with a Keynote Luncheon at noon. This lunch will feature remarks from the President of TSX Markets, Rik Parkhill, regarding TSX Group’s 2007 US business development campaign and why over 110 US companies have chosen Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange as listing destinations. A presentation by Dr. Donald Kramer, CEO of Northstar Healthcare Inc., (TSX:NHC) will follow. Dr. Kramer will speak on the company’s decision to list on Toronto Stock Exchange and the consequent benefits.
