TSX Group Completes Filing Of Restated 2004 Annual Financial Statements And MD&A - 2005 First Quarter Financial - Statements

TSX Group Inc. [TSX:X] today completed certain regulatory filings in relation to its previously announced restatement of financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004 and the first and second quarters of 2005. The restated financial statements and revised MD&A filed today are: 2004 Annual Financial Statements and related MD&A and the 2005 First and Second Quarter Financial Statements and related MD&A.

TSX Group also filed its 2005 Third Quarter Financial Statements and related MD&A on November 7, 2005.
