Richard Nesbitt, CEO of TSX Group Inc. heads to Brazil this week for meetings with issuers considering listing on Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange and to attend the Annual Meeting of the World Federation of Exchanges. Mr. Nesbitt will also speak on a WFE energy panel and will discuss Canada’s growth into an energy superpower.

CANADA/BRAZILAccording to Statistics Canada, there has been growth in investment between Canada and Brazil. Two-way investment in 2004 was $8.5 billion. Canadian investment in Brazil has tripled in the last ten years from $2.3 billion in 1994 to $6.4 billion in 2004.
