TSX Group CEO To speak This Friday At Sandler O’Neill & Partners L.P. Conference

TSX Group CEO Richard Nesbitt will be a speaker at the Sandler O’Neill & Partners L.P. eBrokerage and Global Exchange Conference at Le Parker Meridien, Tansa Ballroom, New York, Friday, June 8, 2007.

Mr. Nesbitt will briefly recap TSX Group's strong performance over the last five years and will then discuss the company's growth plans for the coming years. He will focus on TSX Group’s next steps in creating an integrated North American cash and derivatives market for multiple asset classes. Mr. Nesbitt also plans to provide an update on technology enhancements, alliances and how the company is aggressively meeting competition head on.
