"Troika Dialog" President Irina Ikonnikova Appointed RTS Settlement Committee Head

At its meeting earlier this week the RTS Settlement Committee has appointed "Troika Dialog" President Ms. Irina Ikonnikova the Head of the RTS Settlement Committee.

The Committee is charged with the following issues:

Organized trade settlement and clearing system development and implementation;
The Partnership's normative documentation development in the areas of clearing and settlement at the RTS Stock Exchange;
Interaction with the securities market legislators, market participants and independent consultants in technological innovations and infrastructure development for depositary activities, securities clearing, registration and transfer;
Improvement of trade clearing and settlement procedures on the RTS Stock Exchange to lower the participants' transaction costs;
Participation in the Compliance Committee's activities aimed at ensuring fair business practices among the Partnership's members during settlement and clearing.
