Euronext Indices B.V. announced today that following the takeover by Direct Anlage, Self Trade will be deleted from the Next 150 index with effect from Thursday 21 December 2000. On that date Trigano will enter the Next 150 index.
The shareholders of Self Trade accepted the takeover bid of German bank Direct Anlage. Self Trade will be deleted from the Next 150 index with effect from Thursday 21 December 2000 in accordance with rule 6.3.3 of the index ground rules.
