NYSE Euronext today announced the listing on NYSE Alternext in Paris of Travel Technology Interactive, a developer and operator of software solutions for transport companies.
Founded at the end of 2002, Travel Technology Interactive develops and markets a range of management software and services for regional airlines carrying passengers and freight. Its clients are in Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia and the Pacific region.
Listing of Travel Technology Interactive (ticker code: ALTTI) was through the transfer of 4,220,299 shares making up the company’s capital from the Free Market to NYSE Alternext.
On the date of admission, Travel Technology Interactive’s market capitalization amounted to €24.7 million.

In what will soon be six years, €2.4 billion has been raised on NYSE Alternext, half through secondary issues, by 161 companies from countries including Belgium, Canada, China, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US. Their market capitalization totals €5.6 billion.
