TRAF The Most Actively Traded MAI Stock In July

The Chairman of the Capital Market Opportunity Center (CMOC) Ms. Sopawadee Lertmanaschai, announced that "The Daidomon Group Public Co., Ltd. began trading on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) on July 30, while Shun Thai Rubber Gloves Industry Public Co., Ltd. initiated trading on August 1. This resulted in a 1,006.70 million baht increase in the market capitalization of the MAI, which was recorded at 2,148.15 million baht (as at August 1, 2002).

In regard to trading statistics of the MAI for the month of July 2002, total trading turnover on the main board are 1,517,461,114 baht, accounting for a rise of 344,953,596 baht or 29.42% from June 2002. Total trading volume reached 233,487,500 shares. Traffic Corner Holdings Public Co., Ltd. ranked the most actively traded stock, accounting for 1,161,178,310 baht in trading value, or 76.52% of total turnover of the MAI. The second, third, fourth and fifth most active stocks were Daidomon Group Public Co., Ltd., Brooker Group Public Co.,Ltd., Team Precision Public Co., Ltd. And Roynet Public Co., Ltd. respectively."
