Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange today began the first in a series of four workshops as part of their Canadian Listing Roadshow, “Go Public: Your Road Map to Listing on TSX and TSX Venture.”
The workshops are tailored to the CEOs and CFOs of aggressive growth companies interested in raising capital. They will cover topics related to listing, such as how to prepare your company for listing, accessing capital and future financing options, as well as how to pick the most effective advisors.
The meetings will also provide the opportunity for attendees to meet with legal, accounting and financial representatives who assist with the listing process, and to hear a recent success story from a listed company.
