Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange continue their 2012 Canadian Financing Series, “A Growth Platform for Canadian Entrepreneurs”, in Québec City on Tuesday, June 12.
This workshop is tailored to executives of local-area companies seeking growth capital. It will cover topics related to listing, such as the pros and cons of going public, how to prepare your company for listing, accessing capital and future financing options.

For the Québec City workshop, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange have partnered with National Bank, Deloitte, Desjardins Capital Markets, McCarthy Tetrault LLP, Stein Monast LLP and Equicom Group.
In 2011, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange welcomed 480 new Canadian issuers and equity capital raised was $51.1 billion on the exchanges. Together, the exchanges were sixth in the world for equity capital raised.
