Toronto Stock Exchange And TSX Venture Exchange Host Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, Equicom and TMX Equity Transfer Services will today host the second annual TMX Charity Golf Classic in Vancouver, B.C. Last year's inaugural tournament raised net proceeds of over $100,000 for benefiting charities.

"We are excited to once again host the TMX Charity Golf Classic, a highlight of our summer," said John McCoach, President, TSX Venture Exchange. "Our goal is to bring together capital market participants for a wonderful social event and at the same time to support organizations that better our community at large."

The proceeds raised from the event will go to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), Learning Disabilities Association of Vancouver and Room to Read.
