TOM Online Inc. Shares Change In The S&P/HKEx GEM Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/HKEx GEM Index effective after the close of trading Friday, May 6, 2005:
  • TOM Online Inc. (Hong Kong, SEDOL: 6743440, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45101010), a member of the S&P/HKEx GEM Index, shares will increase by 304,155,503 to 4,200,355,503. There will be no change to the Investable Weight Factor (IWF). The new share issue is in connection TOM Group Limited’s and TOM Online Inc.’s acquisition of Puccini International Limited.
