Tokyo Stock Exchange To Participate In The Chicago Futures And Options Expo

The Tokyo Stock Exchange will be participating in the FIA Futures and Options Expo 2006 held in Chicago from November 28 - 30. This expo, organized annually by the FIA (Futures Industry Association), is the world's largest event for derivative products, and draws exchanges and other futures industry players from across the globe.

The TSE participates in the expo every year to promote a wide range of products such as the TOPIX index and the TSE's information services, in addition to our futures and options.

Japanese broker companies and exchanges have been actively involved in the Expo, and this year a total of seven Japanese corporations including the TSE will be participating. Together, these companies will make up ''Japan Street,'' and each will participate in its own way to create a uniquely Japanese atmosphere at the event.
