TSE would like to express our sincerest apologies to investors and the people related to the market for any inconvenience caused by the failure of the equity trading system, arrowhead on October 1, 2020.
TSE has published a report on the sequence of events surrounding the incident, the cause of the failure, and measures we will put in place to prevent a recurrence.
In addition, with the aim of considering how it can develop its response to system failures and its rules and regulations to prevent a recurrence of this incident, TSE will establish a "Council for Recurrence Prevention Measures" comprised of market users.
