Tokyo Stock Exchange: Redesign Of "Listed Company Search" Pages

The "Listed Company Search" pages will be redesigned on February 28, 2022. The redesign will include changes to URLs, extensions to the display periods for disclosure documents and other documents, and changes to page layouts.

As of the redesign launch, URLs will be changed as below.
(Please note that the following pages will be inaccessible until February 28, 2022.)

Extensions to Display Periods for Disclosure Documents, etc.

The display periods for disclosure documents and other documents will be extended as indicated below.
Timely disclosure information: 10 years
Documents for public inspection/ PR information: 5 years
For more details, please refer to the following "User Guide" on or after February 28, 2022.

Changes to Page Layouts

In addition to splitting timely disclosure information and documents for public inspection/PR information into separate tabs, we will redesign the page layouts in order to improve convenience for users. On the Japanese pages, disclosure documents in Japanese will be accessible, while on the English pages, both disclosure documents in English and those in Japanese will be accessible (we expect that these documents will be used for machine translation, for example).
