Tokyo Stock Exchange President & CEO Masaaki Tsuchida Passes Away

It is with deep regret that Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. announces the death of our President & CEO, Mr. Masaaki Tsuchida, who passed away from pneumonia at 2:42 am on January 30, 2004 at the University of Tokyo Hospital.

In compliance with his wishes, funeral services will be limited to family members.

Condolence calls will be accepted at Tokyo Stock Exchange as follows:
