The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) has decided on the nominees for members of the board that will be proposed to the annual general meeting to be held on June 22, 2007. The TSE has also decided on the nominees for executive officers.
At the same time, the TSE has decided on the nominees for members of the board of the newly created holding company, Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. and the self-regulatory corporation, Tokyo Stock Exchange Regulation, that will be established in August and September respectively.
