Contractual process

The following process is normally followed when initiating a new information provision contract.

  1. Initial hearing
  2. Submission of application
  3. Execution of the contract
  4. Installation of the line
  5. Commencement of the service
It takes about two weeks from the initial hearing to the execution of the contract, and then another month or so before the subscriber starts receiving data. For subscribers obtaining the data indirectly from another subscriber, step 4 is not necessary.
