Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") hereby releases the English translation of the Interim Proposal based on discussions in the meetings of the Legislative Council Companies Act Sub-Committee (the "Sub-Committee"). On December 14, 2011, the Ministry of Justice released the Japanese original of the Interim Proposal and its Supplementary Explanation on its website below and began soliciting public comments on said proposal.
Please note that the deadline for submitting public comments is the end of January 2012 and comments must be made in Japanese. Details on how to submit public comments are included in the "Guidelines for Public Comments" below.
