Tokyo Stock Exchange: Deutsche Securities Inc. Designated As An "Index Futures Supporter"

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) is pleased to announce that it has designated Deutsche Securities Inc. as an "Index Futures Supporter" as of June 16th, 2008.

Deutsche Securities Inc. will offer bid and ask quotations mainly for TSE REIT Index Futures and TOPIX Core30 Futures, contributing to increased liquidity in these products.

Deutsche Securities Inc. has made significant contributions to the improvement of the Japanese derivatives market, and has pledged to provide investors with highly transparent trading opportunities through more active participation in the listed derivatives market in the future.

Deutsche Securities Inc. has already contributed to increasing liquidity in TOPIX Options market as a TOPIX Options Liquidity Provider. The TSE expects that Deutsche Securities' further activity as an Index Futures supporter will greatly contribute to the vitality of the TSE derivatives market, creating more efficient asset management and hedging opportunities for Japanese and foreign institutional and other investors.

The TSE will introduce the Index Futures Supporter System on June 16th for the purpose of increasing liquidity in mini-TOPIX Futures, TOPIX Core30 Futures and TSE REIT Index Futures, which will be listed on June 16th, 2008.
