Tokyo Stock Exchange: Delisting of Equity Options On The Daiwa Bank, Limited

TSE has applied for approval to the Minister for Financial Services to delist the equity options on the Daiwa Bank, Limited and list the equity options on Daiwa Bank Holdings, Inc.

Subject to the approval of the Minister for Financial Services, delisting of the equity options on the Daiwa Bank, Limited is scheduled for 5 December, 2001( last day of trading will be 3 December, 2001), and listing of the equity options on Daiwa Bank Holdings, Inc. is scheduled for 12 December,2001.
