Cooperation between the two Exchanges will contribute to the development and orderly, efficient operation of both markets, as well as to investor protection.
The Exchanges agree to:
- exchange information relevant to market development, supervision and harmonization of the two markets; and
- to cooperate in good faith on matters of concern to both Exchanges in the interests of maintaining sound, safe markets, and for the further strengthening of market function.
