Tokyo Stock Exchange (“TSE”) and Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc. (“JASDEC”) have been considering, since concluding a basic agreement in May 2012, the enhancement of information services pertaining to corporate actions, etc. (“CA information”) based on the Tokyo Market Information system (“TMI”) operated by TSE.
Based on this initiative, TSE and JASDEC plan to launch the new and improved service about CA information from February 2014.
The attachment explains the main features of the new and improved service about CA information.
Data feed services of domestic stock CA information via ISO20022 and of basic information for issues handled by JASDEC via XML format are the core services of this initiative. TSE and JASDEC have already created file specifications (beta-version) about those services and will start providing them to current TMI user.
