Tokyo Grain Exchange Revises Trading Hours - Launch for Soybean Meal Futures Approved

The amendments to the Articles of Association pertaining to the launch of soybean meal futures which the Exchange submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on May 30, 2001 was approved on October 5, 2001. On October 11, 2001 trading commenced.

TGE Revised Trading Hours

Effective from October 11, 2001
The Tokyo Grain Exchange has revised its trading hours for futures contracts from October 11, 2001 as follows:

1. A new futures product, the Soybean Meal futures contract will be launched.

2. The trading sessions for the Azuki futures contract shall be reduced from six sessions to four.

3. The sequence for which Non-GMO Soybean and U.S. Soybean futures are traded will be changed.
