Today the circuit breaker for Raw Sugar was triggered. In principle, for the Raw Sugar market, following the second circuit breaker trigger, the circuit breaker level will remain the same however, for the smooth and efficient functioning of the market and onwards from 18:30 the circuit breaker level shall be expanded as follows:

| Circuit Breaker Level: | Using the previous settlement price as a basis the circuit breaker level shall be JPY10,000. Other than the September 2011 contract month, the circuit breaker level shall be JPY8,000. |
This procedure shall be effective only until the end of the day session on January 19, 2011 (~15:30) and will resume to the initial circuit breaker level for the night session starting on February 19, 2011 (17:00~).
Please note that following the expansion of all contract months to JPY8,000, should the circuit breaker level be expanded again, we will notify you.
