Tokyo Grain Exchange Maximum Rate For Additional Discharging Ports Charges For Raw Sugar May 2007

We refer to (2) (c) of 11. In Detailed Rules for Delivery of Raw Sugar and inform you that the maximum rate to be applied to delivery of Raw Sugar of the contract month of May 2007 is US$3.61 per metric ton for each additional discharging port.
