Tokyo Grain Exchange Maximum Rate For Additional Discharging Ports Charges

We refer to (2) (c) of 11. in Detailed Rules for Delivery of Raw Sugar and inform you that the maximum rate to be applied to delivery of Raw Sugar for the contract month of March 2011 is US$5.19 per metric ton for each additional discharging port.
