Tokyo Grain Exchange: Decisions At The Extraordinary General Meeting For Members

At the Extraordinary General Meeting for Members held from 15:00 on September 11, 2009 (Fri) the following decisions were made:

1. Partial amendments of the Article of Association in accordance to the Amended Commodity Exchange Law (Amended CEL Article 1, within 3 months of public announcement)
2. Organizational Structure Change
   • Transferring of the investments of retained earnings and capital reserves
   • Plans for organizational structure change from a membership commodity exchange to a demutualized commodity exchange
   • The Article of Incorporation for the Tokyo Grain Exchange Inc. following organizational structure change
