Tokyo Commodity Exchange Price Limits On Kerosene Futures

At the Contingent Oil Market Management Committee held on January 11, 2006, the decisions were made as following:

ON AND AFTER JANUARY 12, 2006, the price limits imposed on kerosene futures will be set as JPY 1,600 for the time being for March 2006 contract, pursuant to Article 2 "Daily Price Fluctuation Limit (Price Limit)" of Regulations Governing Management of Oil Market.

Lifting of this measure will be determined taking into consideration of the price movements, etc., and will be notified as soon as the decision is made.
