The Tokyo Commodity Exchange reiterates apologies for causing inconvenience to market participants and related parties when the Exchange suspended night session on November 10th, 2016 from 3:15 a.m. onward, and morning session between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
Based on the investigation of the incidents, the Exchange has confirmed that markets will remain unaffected under the similar circumstances in future by implementing counteractions such as expanding order processing capacity and having market participants cooperate with preventive actions.
