On Friday, May 10, 2013, TMX Group Limited will hold its Annual and Special Meeting for shareholders in the TMX Gallery at 2:00PM EDT.
Journalists may attend the meeting; however, the use of video equipment will not be permitted during the meeting. There will be a brief media availability following the meeting.
TMX Group will also announce its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. An analyst conference call will be held to review the results.
