TMX Group Limited To Announce Financial Results For Q3 2012 On Friday, November 9, 2012

TMX Group Limited (previously Maple Group Acquisition Corporation) will file its interim financial report for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 on Friday, November 9, 2012.

TMX Group Limited's interim financial report will include the results of TMX Group Inc. and its subsidiaries from August 1, 2012 to September 13, 2012, reflecting TMX Group Limited's 80% ownership interest in TMX Group Inc. at that time. From September 14, 2012 to September 30, 2012, TMX Group Inc. and its subsidiaries will be included as wholly-owned subsidiaries of TMX Group Limited. The results of the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited, Alpha Trading Systems Inc., Alpha Trading Systems Limited Partnership, and their respective subsidiaries will be included from August 1, 2012.

In accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the basic and diluted earnings per share for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 will be based on the weighted average number of shares outstanding during the period for TMX Group Limited, not TMX Group Inc.

Comparative financial statements for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011 will only include the results of TMX Group Limited. However, the company plans to provide additional supplementary information, including a comparative analysis to TMX Group Inc.'s 2011 results.
