Timur Vakhaevich Nasardinov is the Head of Trading for equities in Russia and former CIS countries with "Citibank". Before joining "Citibank" in December 2004, Mr Nasardinov worked as an equities trader at "Troika Dialog"(1999-2003) and from 2003 headed the trading department at "Troika". From 1999 worked at "Dialogbank" as Deputy head of Treasury.Mr Nasardinov graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1997.
The RTS Stock Exchange Trading Committee currently consists of 15 persons. The Committee was established to develop and update Trading rules of the Partnership and other documents governing trading procedures on the Exchange with the exception of the Guaranteed quotation system. The RTS Stock Exchange Trading committee is tasked with making amendments to the existing Trading rules of the Partnership and trading agreements. Together with Settlement Committee and Risk-management Committee oversees settlement issues, relationships with depositaries, clearing companies, registries and transfer agents. The RTS Stock Exchange Trading Committee and the Exchange Surveillance Committees also monitor the participants' adherence to the Trading rules.
