Tikehau Capital today announces the appointment of Carine Lecadre-Perrier as Head of Group Compliance and a Member of the group’s Management Committee.
Reporting to the Executive Committee, she is responsible for the design and oversight of all aspects of the group’s Internal Control and Compliance.
This appointment comes as part of Tikehau’s committed focus to further strengthen its compliance policies at the group level, covering offices in five different jurisdictions.
In charge of implementing the most effective global standards, Carine Lecadre-Perrier is also expected to play a significant role in the group’s future global expansion to ensure the company meets the highest industry standards when growing further.
Carine Lecadre-Perrier joins Tikehau Capital from Rothschild & Cie Group where she was Head of Compliance & Operational Risk for France and Southern Europe since 2006, running the Compliance & Operational Risk Department and managing a team of 12 people.
She started her career in the field of compliance in 1999 at Archon Group France a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Real Estate Asset Management before joining Comdirect a company of the Commerzbank Group as Legal and Compliance Officer. In 2002 she became a senior officer for the French committee in charge of auditor’s supervision at the French Securities Regulator (COB / AMF) before being promoted to the Regulatory Policy and International Affairs division.
