A federal jury in in Manhattan federal court acquitted Richard Usher, Rohan Ramchandani and Chris Ashton, a group known as "The Cartel," of charges that they rigged the the multitrillion-dollar market from 2007 to 2013 by coordinating trades and manipulating prices on the spot FX rates for Euros and U.S. dollars.
