TheCityUK's UK Competitiveness Tracker reviews the movement in a comprehensive range of financial services indicators as well as broader indicators of UK competitiveness that impact on the location of financial services in the UK.
- The UK Competitiveness Tracker fell in the fourth quarter of 2012. The trend over the past year to 18 months has generally been down.
- Nine indicators were down and seven increased during Q4 2012, with nine indicators also down over the past 12 months.
- At best the tracker is likely to be neutral in Q1 2013, with the number of indicators falling equal to those that are rising.
