The Stockholm Stock Exchange and OM Stockholm become the OM Stockholm Exchange

From 1 July, the Stockholm Stock Exchange and OM Stockholm will merge, becoming the company the OM Stockholm Exchange - OM Stockholmsbörsen AB - with the activities of the Stockholm Stock Exchange and OM Stockholm combined in this newly incorporated entity. The OM Stockholm Exchange's President is Carl Johan Högbom. This move marks the consummation of the OM Stockholm Exchange's integration of equity and derivatives trading. The OM Stockholm Exchange encompasses three major business areas: Operations, Listing & Surveillance and Sales & Marketing. Olof Neiglick, the OM Stockholm Exchange's Vice President, heads up Operations, while Hans Edenhammar leads Listing & Surveillance. The head of Sales & Marketing has yet to be appointed.
