Chapter 6 of the Listing Rules sets out the Exchange's requirement for suspension and withdrawal of listing on the Exchange. In February 2000, amendments were made to Chapter 6 to provide for the Exchange to direct resumption in securities that are already suspended. Consequently, the Exchange has amended various rule references to Chapter 6 in rules 15A.87, 19A.12 and Practice Note 17, paragraph 2.4 of the Main Board Listing Rules.
