The Spanish Exchange Trades 62 New Warrants Issued By Bankinter - With These Issues, The Number Of Warrants Traded On The Market Stands Now At 1,869

The Spanish Exchange yesterday began to trade 62 new warrants issued by Bankinter. The new issues are linked to domestic shares and indices as underlying assets. With these issues, the number of warrants traded on the market stands now at 1,869.

The 50 warrants on domestic shares were issued on the following underlying assets: BBVA, Repsol, Santander and Telefonica.

As regards indices, 12 issues were made on the Ibex 35, of which 7 are CALL and 5 are PUT.

Among the issues are call and put warrants, with expiry dates in September and December 2006. All issues are European style, that is, they are exercised on the expiry date.
