The Spanish Exchange today began trading 19 new warrants issued by Société Générale. The new issues are linked to international shares.
The 19 warrants were issued on the following foreign shares: BNP, British Petroleum, Glaxo Smith Kline, Royal Bank of Scotland and Teva. It is worth mentioning the incorporation of British Petroleum, Glaxo Smith Kline, Royal Bank of Scotland and Teva as new underlying assets.
Among the issues are call and put warrants, with expiry dates in September 2007. All issues are American style, that is, they are automatically exercised on the expiry date.
It is worth mentioning the wide range of underlying assets on the market, which amount to 100 different ones on which warrants can be issued.
