The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) would like to announce the implantation of the CMA Board resolution pertaining to investors' ownership disclosure mechanism, which will be applied in addition to the current disclosure mechanism related to shareholders' ownership in listed companies as follows:
- The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) shall display on its website the ownership disclosure of board members, the CEO, and CFO ( or top executives at the company) within listed companies. This shall be according to information provided by listed companies.
- The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) shall display on its website disclosure of shareholders equity ratio for those whom undergo a period of prohibition as per prospectus until prohibition is lifted by CMA.
- The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) shall commence implementing the above mechanism on the first trading day after Eid Al-Fitr Holiday of the year 1437H.. corresponding to 10/7/2016.
