The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) Announces Indices Maintenance For The 4th Quarter 2020

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announces the update of the free float shares for all listed issuers in the market, effective from the start of trading on Sunday, 03/01/2021. Moreover, The following companies will be included to market indices:

1. BinDawood Holding Co, Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), and Food & Staples Retailing Industry Group index.
2. Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co, Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), and Commercial & Professional Svc.

Also one listed company in the main market has been reclassified based on the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS):
- AYYAN Investment Co. from Industrials / Capital Goods to Health Care / Health Care Equipment & Svc.

The new classification will be used in calculating the Industry Group Indices, effective Sunday 03/01/2021 (19/05/1442 H).
