The Russian Trading System Board Of Directors Appoints Chairmen Of Information And Trading Committees

On its October 31, 2002, meeting the RTS Stock Exchange Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Denis Rodionov ("Brunswick UBS Warburg") the Chairman of the Information Committee.

Mr. Mechislav Sheshelovsky ("Guta-Invest") has become the chairman of the Trading Committee.
