The Russian Trading System Announces Tender For FORTS Risk Management System Development

The RTS Stock Exchange is looking for a consultant to develop risk management system on FORTS (Futures & Options on RTS), the RTS derivatives market. Russian and foreign companies specializing in the securities market risk management are welcome to participate in the tender.

The firms willing to take part in the tender need to fill out the enclosed form and send it to the RTS Stock Exchange, along with their proposal. The proposal should include the company's previous experience with similar projects, cost estimates and payment terms. The deadline for submitting your proposals is October 18, 2002.
