The Philadelphia Stock Exchange To Begin Trading Twelve New Options On Friday, February 9

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade twelve new options on February 9, 2007. Seven of the following options were allocated to Market Street Securities:

Highwoods Properties, Inc. (option/stock symbol: HIW) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, May and August. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (option/stock symbol: EEP) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.

Credit Suisse Group (option/stock symbol: CS) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Champion Enterprises, Inc. (option/stock symbol: CHB) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (option/stock symbol: BNT) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Archstone-Smith Trust (option/stock symbol: ASN) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

UTI Worldwide, Inc. (option/stock symbol: EQQ/UTIW) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, May and August. Position and exercise limits have been set at 200,000 contracts.

The final five options were allocated to McGowan Investors, L.P.:

Teck Cominco Limited – Cl. B (option/stock symbol: TCK) will trade on the February expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, May and August. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.

Oilsands Quest, Inc. (option/stock symbol: BQI) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

Griffon Corporation (option/stock symbol: GFF) will trade on the January expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, April and July. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.

CNOOC Limited (option/stock symbol: CEO) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

Bill Barrett Corporation (option/stock symbol: BBG) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.
