The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Promotes Richard Rudolph To Vice President And Counsel

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) promoted Richard Rudolph to Vice President and Counsel.

Rudolph, who joined the Exchange in 1998, holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a law degree from Widener University.

Prior to joining the PHLX, Rudolph, who resides in Boothwyn, Pa. with his wife and three children, began his career as a registered representative for Janney, Montgomery Scott and worked for several years in the securities industry in supervisory positions. He was a partner in a private law firm specializing in civil litigation in Montgomery County for three years and is a frequent lecturer to third-year law students at Villanova University School of Law on the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
