The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Announces Record One-Day Equity Options Volume - Equity Options Market Share Soared To 20.25%

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange announced today that volume in equity options reached a record high on Tuesday, December 16 when 899,175 contracts traded representing a market share of 20.25%. This record volume day is part of a continuing trend of market share growth for the PHLX. Over the past four months, the PHLX has consistently increased its market share.
